Ode to the busy life... i want OUT!

So. Basically I've been so busy between rugby and school and trying (emphasis on the trying part) to have a social life, move on from some old flairs, and keep myself committed to trying to get one girl(I finally realized that girls aren't like pokemon. theres no guy that uses the phrase "gotta catch 'em all" and still have friends of the opposite gender. hey, thats a corny metaphor. i might use that. quick. copyright it.) that i haven't had time to blog. so sorry. life just decided that it would be funny to see me juggle 60 different things at a time.
And, on top of everything, Valentines day is this weekend. While I am in Vegas for a rugby tournament. Now don't get me wrong, nothin' wrong with Vegas, or rugby, But for most teenagers, Valentines day is actually Happy-singles-awareness-day-you're-too-lame-to-have-a-special-someone Day. That's why they say it sucks to be single on Valentines Day. So Bah Lovebug. Ebaneezer Scrooge isn't pumped for valentines day. at least i got to spend it with someone last year. this year its just depressing, ill tell you what.
Anyway, there is a girl that I have been working on, but I'm not sure if it'll ever go anywhere. shes a great chicka, but shes like 8 months older than me. age isn't the problem, but she'll go off to college next year, leaving me, whether we actually get together or not, completely clueless. Then after that, my "old flair" will be spending the summer in our pleasant little town of ze 801 area. talk about conflict. not to mention getting good grades (which some the last little while are struggling..) playing and exercising hard, finishing up this byu class, staying on top of homework, doing church stuff, and trying to get closer to sum womans. oh well. can't wait till next year. itll all be soooo easy. just college classes and orchestra. cant wait. ttyl ya'll.

It's Quote Day!!

Ok. so i decided that this blog will be my favoritest quotes and maybe some commentary.

#1
"Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."
~Napoleon Bonaparte~
- I totally agree with this. last night when seth was going to fold in indian poker and mary went to stop him, i told seth it was totally his choice. the man folded with an ace of spades.

#2 "I once heard two ladies going on and on about the pains of childbirth and how men don't seem to know what real pain is. I asked if either of them ever got themselves caught in a zipper."
~Emo Phillips~
-Seriously though, do you know how much that hurts? honestly, i think that and passing a kidney stone are comparable, becuase seriously, with the kidney stone, same concept. like trying to push a car out of a pinhole.

#3 "Now they show you how detergents take out bloodstains, a pretty violent image there. I think if you've got a T-shirt with a bloodstain all over it, maybe laundry isn't your biggest problem. Maybe you should grab a best friend and get rid of the body before you do the wash."
~Jerry Sienfeld~
-I love how all industries make a product that aids in crime. so pathetic. a similar quote goes: "a good friend will take you to the hospital after a painful stunt. a best friend will be sitting next to you in the same condition, saying "boy, did we screw up.""

and now for random lyrics: We're having a heatwave, a tropical heatwave. The temperature's rising, it isn't surprising, She certainly can can-can.

Yummy

aight. so today, I had mutual at six instead of seven. the reason was that i had planned to have a dutch oven dinner for our priest quorum. It turned out to be a sucess! granted, there were only four priests including me and then our leader, but still, it was great! first we had sausage with sauted onions and peppers, in a suprisingly scrumptious barbeque-grape-jam sauce. I was completely taken by surprise when my priests advisor added this to the mix. however, it was the equivilent of a kind of sweet and sour sauce taste. And how it ticked my taste buds. (tickle my taste buds? oh what a terrible phrase, however true!) Then we baked some butt-kickin' bisquits, and to top it all off, a deliciously prepared blueberry peach cobbler! And the best part was I brought it home because it was cooked in our dutch oven, and i got to share it with my family!!! :D
I can't wait to cook in that thing again!!!! I'm a pro and all, so it would be fantastic!!!

Ok. So I really wanna play rugby again. BUT I have sooooo much to do!!! Saturday morning is the only free time basically I have, and I have almost spent it all at a rugby game. :( not sad bout the game, but that I could only stay for the first 10 minutes of the game. I can't wait till next season... And don't worry, I'll have pictures. :)

This is sweet sweet survival...

Ok. so today during our physics lab, Alex, Brian, Skylar and I were working on our velocity graph (and we are all geniuses of course) so we finished early. alex was handy with his ibook, and we entertained ourselves. He's a computer genius (like i said we are all geniuses) and works with the district for programming, so he wrote some code that allowed him to get to youtube to download this video file. its great.

... I will never hesitate to eat one again.

... the friend you can eat...

oh and i found that now youtube lets you customize a few things when you embed, so i picked a color at random..

Events of the day of mine of confusion.. Yeah...

Well Today.
Of all things today.
School was out for today. quite nice, quite nice.
I camped out back and had a fire. Very enjoyable. reminds me, i need to get myself a woman. jeez.. i really am going nuts. how is that gonna solve my current problems?
I got up and put flags out for our ward. that kinda sucked, but it got me up, and i laughed my head off when andrew almost hit a deaf child at play sign in his huge van. priceless.
I got to make and eat swedish pancakes and mountainman breakfast. plus strawberries and whip cream and various other fruits. oh divine food for the gods!
Then Brian came over. we all talked politics for a while. Then guitar hero, movies, and pool what a day.
Then flags again, where i miraculously put the van in gear, and didn't turn it on. i had to stop and put it in park before i could drive it. i call it genius. my dad called it brain damage when i got home.
Anyway, that was my day. quite exciting...

My fav 5.. even better than t-mobile ;D

1. Favorite Color?
- I would have to say that my Favorite color is going to be blue. but i love a good ol' silver matte. mostly for the cars. but the blue, there are sooo many reasons why. the sky is blue, all through the day, and all through the night. the water is blue, and blue just has that feeling of soaring away above all the commotion, free.
2. Favorite Car?
- Oh.. I'm torn. My Dream Car is this:

It's called a Lamborghini Estoque, a concept car that has the bad-a**-on-the-block look. not only is it smaller and not as boxy as the normal lamborgini, it's not a coupe, but a 4 door.
And this beaut:

this is a sexy muscley classic. oh, that engine purrs...
And this:

The 2011 Audi A8. a sexy, and rather fast car. my aunt just gotta a kick a** audi a6 and it's only a 2001. think of the improvement in 10 years.. XD

3. Favorite Activities?
- I'd have to say rock climbing, ice climbing, rapelling, rugby, playing and listening to music, bugging my brothers, rocking out in the car, dancing at random intervals, owning people with my jedi master/undercover ninja skills, playing with lightsabers, talking through fans, having food fights.. you know, normal mature teenager stuff..

4. Favorite Song?
- Oh I have many, and they stretch all through the genres, anything from Boccherini's 4th Movement Allergro in D, to People are Crazy, to the used and the eagles, to In the Mood by the Little Big Band (Which I was a part of) Eminem, Akon, Anybody pretty much. If it's in my itumes, chances are i like it a lot.

5. Favorite place to be?
- Hmm... Idk, anywhere im comfortable, especially the mountains or anywhere in the wilderness basically. I hope my spouse loves to spend time outdoors and camp. cause we will be going on campouts as much as we can manage. There's just a stillness that I can't describe when I'm out there, away from all the hustle and bustle, where I know i can break it with my loud voice and laughs, and someone truly enjoying themselves can too.
