something just completly amazing :D

ok so probably the best thing in my life happened since i blogged last. yes, i did find some of my childhood toys while cleaning out our downstairs, but thats not it. I TURNED 16!!! AHHHH!!!! WHOOP WHOOP!! OH YEAH!! and with this momentous occasion, came three freakin--awesome-amazing-totally-spectablulous things.
1. i got my license. oh yeah! free to cruise where ever i desire!!! and when i feel like a coke, i get a coke. ah. a new era has arrived. it's called the carson-never-has-to-feel-like-refreshing-beverages-are-out-of-the-question era. ah. sweet freedom. not to mention its summmer, so i just plain feel happier.
2. i got a cell phone!!!! OMFG!!! i was sooooo happy. now i can become a true teenager. :D i have plenty of numbers, about half of which are women. ;) so now i have unlimited txting, dont know how that worked out to be honest. but i can tell you, i have a cool phone, so its all good. i don't go over minutes, i can txt whenever i want, and not get in trouble. i love it.
3. i can date. OH YEAH!! women are no longer just an exhibit. i can hit on someone and not feel like its premature. :) by the way, my first date was last night. note to self, if your going on a date, go somewhere close so you can walk, or drive illegally. when you get your license now, you have to wait six months to drive with anyone other than immediate family or someone over twenty-one. when you show up to a girls house, and you show up with your mom in the drivers seat, not too impressing. not to mention a little weird. we went to trafalga to mini golf, then coldstones, then home for a movie. not only was it odd to have my mom pick us up and drive us to coldstones, but then my dad was there for the movie, and when we dropped our dates off. i have nothing personal against my parents, but how weird.
oh and whats with girls always buying the smallest size in dessert or dinner? honestly, do you think we're broke? we bring money so that you can get what you want. not what saves us money. if we wanted that, we wouldn't have been at coldstone. we'd have been at mickey d's getting 79 cent cones. in some ways, its almost an insult to the guys pride, like we're protrayed as the guy who is stingy on a date. so what have we learned in this post?

1. Carson is back in black, indestructible, and currently single :)
2. he can drive, has a friggin awesome touch phone, and
3. wishes girls would just get what they feel like, not what is cheapest. although i may have blogged about it, it really doesnt bug me. it just came to mind and stayed for more than 10 minutes so it was blogged. peace out.
